Dr. Sasha (she/her) has been working with Proietto Veterinary Services since 2021. She graduated from the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, and her full-time job is at Animal Care Centers of New York City. Dr. Sasha appreciates the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her PVS clients and provide fantastic veterinary care in every pet’s best environment – their home! Dr. Sasha is Fear Free certified, and believes a slow approach is the best way to build trust with your pet. In her spare time, Dr. Sasha enjoys hanging out with her spouse, two children, and their dog. If there’s any time left over after that, she also loves biking, hiking, and sewing.
Dr. Stephanie (she/her) graduated from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine and completed an internship year at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Stephanie lives in Brooklyn with her partner Colin along with their cockatiel, two dogs, and a revolving door of foster pets including guinea pigs, kittens, and dogs. Her hobbies include reading, DIY home improvement, and traveling.
Dr. Diana (she/her) is a Queens native and has been in the veterinary field for over 20 years. After graduating from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, she completed an internship at the Center for Specialized Veterinary Care (now VCA Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center of Westbury) and currently works in New York City and on Long Island. She is an enthusiastic advocate of reducing the stress of pets by caring for them in their own homes.
In her spare time, Dr. Diana enjoys taking advantage of all the live music and great food NYC has to offer and spending time with her human and non-human family and friends. During baseball season she can also be found torturing herself by cheering on the Mets at Citi Field.
Mickey (they/them) moved from sunny Los Angeles to Brooklyn in 2017 and has been working in the veterinary field over the last five years. They are currently parenting two wonderful rescue pets, a gorgeous black cat named Ryan and a handsome senior pigeon named Boomer. Mickey has special interests in wildlife rehabilitation and animal rescue.
Alaina (she/her) started her journey as a vet assistant at a small animal clinic while attending Virginia Commonwealth University.
